A correction agent repairs OCR errors against legal vocabulary. A classification agent tags each document by type.

The whole pipeline, from scanning and OCR to AI correction, classification and search, runs on a Linux server inside your office. Notarial secrecy is preserved because the data simply never leaves.
- Your server, your building. We install and configure; you keep the keys and the disks.
- GDPR by design. No third-party processors, no cross-border transfers, nothing to audit externally.
- No cloud required. The system works fully offline. An internet connection is optional, not a dependency.
- Optional AI APIs. If you ever choose external models, documents go out only with your explicit consent, anonymized where possible.

The pilot programme with notary offices in Romania is our first milestone: real archives, real scans, measurable retrieval times. Funding will extend the pipeline. More document types, more languages of the archive, a reference deployment any notary office can adopt.
